effects of Rh delay
Due to the fightings of the two bodies, there is delay on the decision of the RH Bill. It is a fact that delays are normal thing for some bills, but this delay is detrimental to the status of the Philippines. With this circumstances, there is still no alternatives because they are waiting for the fate of it. Overpopulation is an issue that continually grows in time. As it grows, situations in the Philippines gets worse.
When there is a rise of population, the government has to provide all the basic needs of the society. These include food, shelter, recreation, health services, occupation, commodities, security, and more. With these things not provided if the population suddenly increased, there would be the rise of the prizes of certain commodities like oil. There is the possibility of rise of crime and violence since the rise of prizes can alter the behavior of people and can do certain things like stealing and robbery. With the promotion of crime and violence, there is the sense that valuable sources can be used to prioritize the alleviation of the issue rather thathings than would stimulate the economy. The sudden rise of population could alleviate vast resources of the country at a rapid state. As the government need to meet the needs of the people like shelter. They have to cut off trees to provide space for residency. Gradually by time, the environment could end up in turmoil, even today when climate change is present right now. The sudden rise of population will affect the idedntity of the country and affect the relationship between and among states. The sudden rise of population is indeed a liability, however with the ongoing delay, that is waiting for a decision and trying not to find some alternatives to the cause of problems and the long time the delay is, that is several years ago, the Philippines is seriously facing a detrimental status to the community. Imagine the society of the Philippines being that way since the very start and is continuing gradually throughout the year.
the status of the society
Effects of the RH Bill: Poverty
With the events going on, what about the society? The society has already fallen into pieces. The on-going war, riots, and events have affected the behavior of the majority. They became aware of the two sides of the issue and thus became confused. Their confusion has stirred their doings that promote crime and violence. They have also altered their identity to the state and the church in such way that there seems to be the formation of alliances. These alliances are according to which the people believe what should be the fate of the RH Bill. Some people have believed that the government is corrupted while others believe that the church does not open her eyes. This has led to dAisunity between communities and could lead to disaster effects.
their thoughts

regarding the bill
With the formation of "alliances", many people in the country are in both sides. Some people believe in the motives of the church while some also believe in the motives in the government. However, some people say otherwise. Some people say that the RH Bill is not the appropriate solution to the current status of the Philippines. Clearly, this indicates the clear confusion of the masses leading to wars. Some people say it is just a silly and a petty war due to their own reasons. Some say it is just an issue that it is not debatable and non-sense.
our thoughts
Regarding the current issue on the RH Bill, we say that all major sides are correct and all have a point. All sides have strong and weak points. However we are not siding points on whose side is really should decide the fate of the bill. For us, RH Bill is not the only solution. There are still alternatives like only giving self-awarness and knowledge to the masses regarding the topic. We see the RH Bill as a liability, not because of the factors stated by the church but it is a bill that only promotes the disunity and the destruction of the country itself. The wars, the alliances to decide on the topic and the delay has destructed the country . The war for us is petty, it is evident that diplomacy is not much professed in this situation. All what the people are doing would only destroy itself and would lead only to wars not peace itself.
There are actually more solutions to the problem. If we look at countries like Austria, Japan and Singapore, they all had population control programs before but decided to revert it because they found out it did not solve the problem. Now, these countries actually give incentives to families if they are to have children. Population on the other hand is considered by some as the main driving force of the Chinese economy, and not to mention India. This is a solid proof that population can be seen as something positive. Proper education, allocation of manpower and proper utilization of skills is the answer. Other countries have learned from it and reverted their decision.
